How long does my personalized order take?
We handcraft in 1–2 working days and delivery takes 3–6 days depending on your city. Order before 4 PM and we start the same day.

What if the photo I upload is low quality?
We manually check every photo. If it won't print beautifully, we WhatsApp you for a better one before we make anything — no surprises.

Can I change the charm after ordering?
Yes — within 12 hours of ordering, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and the new charm code from the chart.

Do you do bulk & corporate orders?
We love them. Use the "Get a custom bulk quote" button above — hampers for weddings, return gifts and festive corporate gifting.

Is the name really engraved, not a sticker?
Really engraved/embossed. It's permanent personalization — nothing peels or fades. That's the Saanvi Crafts difference.
